This is to inform you that at the 30th Annual General Meeting of Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd held on Tuesday, 4 September 2018, at 10.30 A.M. at 'Kala Mandir (Kala Kunj Hall)' 48, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata- 700017, the following Independent Directors were re-appointed by passing Special Resolutions:-

1) Mr. Sakti Kumar Banerjee (DIN: 00631772) for a second consecutive term of 5 (five) years;

2) Mr. Hardip Singh Mann (DIN: 00104948) for a second consecutive term of 5 (five) years.

Since this is the re-appointment of the Independent Directors for the Second term, the profile of the Directors remain unchanged, however, we are enclosing the same for your information and records.
