We are pleased to inform the Exchange that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee vide its resolution passed on February 21, 2018 have approved the issue and allotment of 333,475 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company and its Subsidiary against exercise of stock options granted to them, in accordance with applicable SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulation, 2014 & Eros International Media Limited- Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009.
The Company shall make necessary applications to exchanges and depositories, for their approval.
