| Exchange Received Time 07/09/2018 13:15:07 Exchange Disseminated Time 07/09/2018 13:15:10 Time Taken 00:00:03 | | Pursuant to sec 124 & 125 of the Companies Act 2013 read with IEPF Authority Rules 2016, all shares in respect of which dividend has not been paid or claimed for 7 consecutive years or more shall be transferred by the company in the name of the account specified by IEPF authority. The Company identified 35 cases (consisting of 12152 equity shares) which were eligible to be transferred effective 2010-11. In the absence of reply/claim from the shareholders, the shares were duly transferred to the IEPF Authority on July 13,2018 by making the Corporate Action. The NSDL has acknowledged the credit of transfer of 231 shares by enclosed letter dated August 10,2018 and the CDSL has also acknowledged the credit of transfer of 11920 shares in physical and 1 share in demat by enclosed letter dated August 27,2018 which was received by Company on September 06, 2018. In view of this, corporate action pursuant to above provisions is completed for transfer of 12152 shares to the IEPF Authority Account |
