is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2018, inter alia, to consider and
approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from November 7, 2018 to November 14, 2018 (both days inclusive) inter alia for the purpose of announcement of the Un-audited standalone Financial results of the Company. The trading window will open from November 19, 2018.
