S.T Kannan, who was nominated by RBI to the Board as an Additional Director with effect from February 15, 2016, to February 14, 2018, has been extended by RBI(vide letter No. DBR.PSBD No.7241/16.05003/2017-18 dated February 09,2018, which was received by Bank on February 15, 2018) for a period of two years from February 15, 2018 to February 14, 2020 or till further orders whichever is earlier.
