| Exchange Received Time 21/07/2018 15:23:48 Exchange Disseminated Time 21/07/2018 15:23:54 Time Taken 00:00:06 | Further to our letter dated July 13, 2018 and pursuant to Regulation 33 and 30 of the SEBI Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that the BOD of the Co.at its meeting held on July 21, 2018 have approved Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Stand-alone) for the first quarter ended June 30, 2018 and inter-alia seeking Shareholders' enabling authorisation for raising resources by issuing debt securities by way of privately placed debentures. The said enabling authorisation by shareholders shall remain valid for a period of twelve months.
We enclose herewith said Statement of Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended 30/6/2018 of the FY 18-19.
A copy of the Limited Review Report, submitted by the Sta.Auditors,both on the said results is enclosed.
Summary of the Fin. Results will be published in the Newspapers under the Listing Regulations. A copy of the Press Release issued is enclosed.
The meeting of the BOD commenced at 12.15 P.M. and concluded at 3.00 P.M. |
