Sub: Updates on Scheme of Arrangement
Pursuant to the NCLT, Chennai Bench order dated 17th May, 2018 as modified by an order dated 16th July, 2018, a meeting of unsecured creditors of Robust Hotels Private Limited (RHPL), Chennai has been directed to be convened on Tuesday, 21st August, 2018 at 12:00 Noon at Chennai for approval of the Scheme of Arrangement between GJS Hotels Limited, RHPL and the Company and their respective shareholders under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Scheme).
Please find enclosed the notice convening the above meeting and the same is also available on the website of the Company www.ahleast.com.
This may be treated as a disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
