We wish to submit that: (a) There is no deviation as regards utilization of funds from Objects stated in Letter of Offer dtd 01.02.2018 (LOF). (b) Said Report, was placed before Audit Committee meeting held on 23.04.2018, wherein Committee noted no deviation as regards utilization of funds from Objects stated in LOF & approved it for submission with Stock Exchanges, without any comment thereon. (c) On application, the Co. has received Rs. 60 per partly paid up Eq. Share (including a premium of Rs. 59.50 per Share). balance Rs. 180 (including a premium of Rs. 178.50) per share shall be payable in three tranches (1st, 2nd, 3rd & Final Call), schedule for payment of these calls shall be decided by Co. in due course, as mentioned in LOF.
