We further wish to inform you that both the Stock Exchanges i.e. (BSE Limited & National Stock Exchange of India Limited) have approved the said application for reclassification on November 01, 2018. Names of the outgoing promoters are as under:

2. Laxmiben Arjan Gada;
3. Hasmukh Arjan Gada;
