Further to our disclosure dated October 7, 2016 with respect to winding up petition filed against the Company and in this connection please take note that the winding up petition has been dismissed by the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay as withdrawn by the petitioner. The parties have filed consent terms in the said winding up petition before the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay in view of the settlement arrived by the parties in the commercial suit filed by the Company against the petitioner.
