1. Approved the Annual Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Financial Year ended 31.03.2018;
2. Approved the Annual Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the Financial Year ended 31.03.2018.
The Board did not recommend any Dividend for the Financial Year ended 31.03.2018.
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI(Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we enclose herewith the following:
a. Statement of Annual Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the Financial Year ended 31.03.2018;
b. Auditors Reports on the aforesaid Annual Audited Financial Results - Standalone and Consolidated;
c. Declaration in respect of Auditors Report with unmodified opinion.
