The dividend of Rs.1.50 (30%) per Equity Share as recommended by the Board, if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Thursday, 13th September, 2018 would be paid on or after 19th September, 2018.
Further, please note that the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of members to vote through remote e-voting or polling paper at AGM is Thursday, 6th September, 2018.
