A) Considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018.
B) The 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, the 24th September, 2018 at registered office of the Company.
C) The Registers of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 17th September, 2018 to 24th September, 2018 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
