The Chairman informed the Board that Mr. Balveermal Singhvi, Independent Director of the Company has placed his resignation vide his letter dated 10th May, 2018 by circular resolution. Thereafter, all the directors have given their consent for the same matter by replying on circular resolution through e-mail unanimously.
