We hereby inform you that in the matter of Execution Application (L) No. 956 of 2017 filed by Armada Singapore PTE Ltd. against the Company, the Hon'ble Bombay High Court, on 31st October, 2018, has on the submission of Armada Singapore PTE Ltd., ordered appointment of the Court Receiver, only to take symbolic possession of the certain listed unencumbered immovable properties along with certain unencumbered investments of the Company.
The Company is in the process of taking suitable relevant action on solicited legal advice in the matter.
