    Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that as per the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors vide circular resolution passed on November 16, 2018 have appointed Ms. Anjoo Navalkar (DIN- 00270356) as an Additional (Non-Executive) Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect.
