A) Considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018.
B) The 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 25th September, 2018 at 10.30 am at Sunville Deluxe Pavilion, Sunville Building, 9, Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai (MH).
C) The Registers of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 18th September, 2018 to 25th September, 2018 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
