Stock Broking Private Limited was formed as Pankaj Stock Brokers Pvt Ltd in the year 1994 by Mr Vasantrai L Popat and his two sons Mr Dinesh V Popat and Mr Paresh V Popat. The said company subsequently acquired the membership of the Saurashtra Kutch Stock Exchange Ltd. In the year 2003, pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement, Mr Rishit D Maniar and Mr Jaydeep M Mehta were appointed as directors of the company and subsequently they acquired 100 percent shareholding in the company. The name was changed from Pankaj Stock Brokers Pvt Ltd to R.J. Stock Broking Private Limited in the year 2003. Subsequently the company was dormant for the next three years and then in the year 2007 R.J. Stock Broking Pvt Ltd became a member of the Mumbai Stock Exchange Limited to augment its client base and converted itself a full fledged stock broking outfit. |
