Release of BOLT TWS & IML version 51.00 & Mock Trading Session on LIVE Environment for Call Auction in the Pre-open Session
This is in continuation of our earlier Notice No. : 20101001-24 dated 1st October, regarding launch of Call Auction Trading Mechanism in the pre-open session in the Equity segment on Monday, 18th October, 2010. Trading Members are hereby informed that a new version BOLT TWS 51.00 & IML version 51.00 will go live from Monday, 11th October, 2010. Both BOLT TWS & IML Ver 51.00 are COMPULSORY Download. It is a pre-release for Call Auction trading mechanism functions.
For this, a mock trading session is scheduled on Saturday, 9th October, 2010. For members to take maximum advantage, we have scheduled 2 rounds of call auction mock trading on 9th October, 2010 and 1 round for normal trading. PLEASE NOTE THAT SINCE THIS IS A COMPULSORY RELEASE, WE REQUEST ALL TRADING MEMBERS TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS MOCK TRADING SESSION, SO AS TO ENSURE SMOOTH TRADING ON MONDAY, 11TH OCTOBER, 2010. The details of the mock trading session are given below.

In addition, in the new release of BOLT TWS 51.00, few more changes are:
1) LTQ as part of Touchline - In addition to all existing columns, LTQ will be made available in Touchline for customization.
2) Pre-Open Call Auction profile in Touchline - In order to view market information in one single window of all scrips eligible for Pre-opening Call Auction, a ready profile file is made available, which needs to be loaded in the Touchline. The profile file is available in Dload. Use BOLT -> PREOPEN PROFILE -> PREOPEN.SPR.
3) Removal of IOC as order type: As you may be aware that in the order entry window, IOC as retention type is available for Limit and Market orders. Thus, IOC as order type will not be available from this release. In other words, IOC H/T button will not be available and the classic version of Order entry window will be discontinued.
New version of BOLT TWS 51.00 will be available for downloading from Dload32 on Friday, 08th October, 2010 from 7:00pm onwards. Use BOLT -> BOLT Changes for Windows NT option in Dload32 to download the new BOLT TWS version 51.00.
For all IML users:
In addition, vide our communication dated 4th October, 2010, we have informed IML vendors and members’ using in-house developed software on the release of IML version 51.00 and go live on 11th October, 2010. Trading members are requested to kindly co-ordinate and ensure deployment of new release on their respective locations and also participate in mock trading to ensure smooth trading on 11th October, 2010. The final version of setup file for IML version 51.00 will be available on 8th October, 2010, after 12.00 noon on that day, from Dload of Test setup and also on our website viz.http://www.bseindia.com/about/iml.asp. We request all trading Members to participate in the mock trading session to familiarize them with the new version.
Scripmaster for mock trading on 9th October and for live trading on 11th October, 2010:
All the Trading members / IML Vendors / In-House Developers are requested to note that scripmaster will be made available on Saturday, 9th October, 2010 from 8.00 a.m. onwards. The scripmaster will be available as per existing practice, i.e. in Dload and BSE website. Please note that the scripmaster version of Saturday, October 9, 2010, will be final version and can be used for trading on Monday, October 11, 2010. All are requested to download the scripmaster, afresh on morning of 9th October, 2010.
IML users may please note that effective 11th October, 2010 and for mock trading, the format of scripmaster will be as suggested in our Call Auction document and as mentioned in the OMB version 51.00, i.e. scripmaster will be with flag for scrips that are part of Pre-opening Call Auction.

As mentioned above, the BOLT TWS & IML version 51.00 is pre-release to Pre-Open Call Auction trading, we have scheduled two rounds of mock trading sessions for Call Auction and one round for normal trading. The details are as below.

Viewing of Call Auction information
In the BOLT TWS, trading members can view the order and trade information as mentioned below:
a) During Order entry session
- All orders submitted can be seen in the Pending order window.
b) During matching and receipt of trade confirmation
- Orders that are executed as Trades, can be seen in the Sauda Window as well as in Fully Executed orders
- Any partial executed orders can be seen in the Pending order window
