Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, pursuant to the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation between Tata Steel BSL Limited (“TS BSL”) and Bamnipal Steel Limited ("BSL") with Tata Steel Limited (“TSL”) , as sanctioned by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai, TS BSL has fixed Record Date to determine the entitlement of shareholders of TS BSL to equity shares of Tata Steel Limited.
Trading Members are advised not to deal in the equity shares of Tata Steel BSL Limited with effect from the under mentioned date:

As per the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation: -
Upon coming into effect of the Scheme, and in consideration of the Amalgamation of TS BSL into TSL, TSL shall without any further application, act, instrument or deed, issue and allot to all the equity shareholders of TS BSL whose names appear in the register of members as on the Record Date, fully paid up equity shares, in the following share exchange ratio ("Share Exchange Ratio"):
1 (One) equity share of 1NR 10/- each credited as fully paid-up of TSL for every 15 (Fifteen) equity shares of 1NR 2/- each fully paid-up held by such equity shareholder in TS BSL.
