Notes	Ms. Ruchi Gupta, Member of Promoter Group voluntarily transferred by way of gift 2915512 equity shares of the Company held by her to RSMA Advisors Private Limited on December 20, 2021. As per Regulation 31 A (6) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("LODR"), which provides that in case of gift of shares held by a promoter / person belonging to the promoter group, immediately on such event, the recipient of such shares shall be classified as a promoter/ person belonging to the promoter group, as applicable. Post this transaction, due to this voluntary gift of equity shares, RSMA Advisors Private Limited was classified as a member of Promoter Group of the Company. On June 27, 2022, RSMA Advisors Private Limited sold 2915512 shares held by them in the open market. Thus, the shareholding of RSMA Advisors Private Limited was 0% as on quarter ended June 30, 2022. Jagran Prakashan Limited (Promoter) bought 2915512 shares from the open market on June 27, 2022 which increased the holding of Jagran Prakashan Limited from 73.21% to 74.05%. Necessary filings have been done with the stock exchanges.
