Out of the total 5,82,807 partly paid-up shares shown above, the Company has received first and final call money on 4,37,248 shares and obtained listing permission for the same from Stock Exchanges however these shares could not be credited to the demat account of respective allottees under fully paid ISIN due to technical rejections, and accordingly as on December 31, 2024, these 4,37,248 shares continue to be reflected under the partly paid ISIN in the records of the Depositories. Further, on May 24, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company had approved forfeiture of 81,94,063 unpaid partly paid-up shares in respect of which corporate action was initiated. Out of said 81,94,063 forfeited shares, corporate action for forfeiture of 1,45,559 shares in NSDL was rejected and hence as on December 31, 2024, these 1,45,559 forfeited shares are still reflected under partly paid ISIN.

As on December 31, 2024, the paid-up capital of the Company comprises of 1364,77,66,259 fully paid-up equity shares (including 4,37,248 shares as fully paid up since call money has been paid on these shares and excluding 1,45,559 unpaid partly paid shares which have been forfeited on May 24, 2024).

The voting rights are considered in proportion to the amount paid-up on the face value of the shares, i.e. Fully paid-up shares x Rs.2. Accordingly in column IX of Table I, II and III, fully paid-up shares are considered as having one voting right whereas partly paid-up shares are considered as having Nil voting right since these are forfeited.

Name of SBO - No individual who acting alone or together with or through any person or trust holds more than 10% of the equity paid-up capital of the Company. Mr. Vinod R.Tanti is the Chairman and Managing Director and one of the person forming part of the Promoter Group of the Company. Accordingly, Mr. Vinod R.Tanti is the Significant Beneficial Owner in terms of Rule 2(h)(iv) of the Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Rules, 2018.
